The purpose of the NEHPA shall be to further the sport of horseshoe pitching in the New England area by coordinating the activities of New England state associations, and other organizations in any New England states and by promoting the sport regionally. It is the intent of the NEHPA to foster a spirit of cooperation amongst them.
